How does it Work?
We explore options and possibilities together and agree a plan of action.
Coaching is based on one-to-one sessions offered for as many sessions as you need to build up your self-esteem and the confidence to continue on your own (each session lasts approx 90 mins).
The sessions can be face to face or over the phone with e-mail support.
