Description of Practice
Create lasting change with one of our 28 day CBT programs. You’ll work through a carefully devised online program with the support of one of our expert therapist. Each program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – a proven approach to creating quick and lasting change.
Your 28 day program includes activities to complete every day as well as ongoing support from an expert therapist and regular online sessions by email or Skype.
